2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Non-delivery of product: If you did not receive your product or download link and did not contact us within 5 days of your order date as required under our Delivery Policy, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued. 4. Custom Software Development

4.1 Refund Terms for Custom Projects

Refunds for Custom Software Development projects are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in the project contract or statement of work. As a general rule, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

4.2 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the customer before completion, PUQ Software will retain payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

5. Subscription and Recurring Services

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription-based services, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and disabling the service, or by not paying the proforma invoice for the next period.

5.2 Cancellation Terms

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
